Private Parties

Capacity

Venice on Vine can seat approximately 30 people, that number is flexible and can increase if outdoor areas are utilized and if children, teens, or adults are dining.

Reservations

  • We do not accept reservations for individual tables or groups under 8
  • Large groups without reservations will be accommodated as possible; usually there is no problem unless another group has already booked
  • Parties of 18 or more should book at least one day in advance

Private Parties

The restaurant space can be reserved for your party (closing it to the public) with one week’s notice. Food selections can be made from the catering menu or one of the restaurant party menus below. One may bring and serve your own alcoholic beverages as long as you do not sell them. Linens, formal dishes, candles and other amenities can be provided for an additional cost.

  • Sundays: restaurant is closed for regular business. Food selections must be made in advance and must exceed $600. An additional staff service fee of $25/hr will be charged depending on time and duration of the event.
  • Monday-Saturday breakfast: Food selections must be made in advance. To exceed $100.
  • Monday-Saturday lunch; Friday-Saturday Dinner: Large groups will be accommodated with a reservation, but walk in customers will also be served. Typically, private parties are not available. However, exceptions may be made if the request is submitted no less than two weeks in advance – at the discretion of the Chef.
  • Monday-Thursday dinner: Food selections must exceed $400; a $100 room fee will be charged for 2.5 hour event. Staffing fees will apply if the event goes beyond 8pm.

Types of Parties

  • Pizza Buffet – 10-30 people; party includes cheese and pepperoni pizzas (other varieties upon request), salad or dipping vegetables, cookies, lemonade and ice tea; $10 per person. Reservations requested for parties of 9-15 people, reservations required for 15 or more.
  • Catering Menu – 15-20 people can order meals to be served in the restaurant from our catering menu; this can include breakfast, hot casseroles, soup, salad, sandwiches, etc. Prices are the same as listed on the catering menu; dine-in service is included. Advance notice of at least three (3) days is required.
  • Meetings – As a casual pizza parlor, Venice does not have private meeting rooms. Groups are welcome to sit at tables in the restaurant; we will provide pitchers of ice water. We politely request that meeting guests order from the menu in exchange for use of the space.
